Privacy notice for tredy.ai

This notice covers tredy.ai, our public website. It does not cover the Tredy product at app.tredy.ai, or the processing of customer data, which are governed by the data processing agreement and the contract in place with each customer.

What this site collects

Nothing about you, personally. This site is a set of static pages. It runs no analytics or product-telemetry scripts, embeds no third-party trackers or advertising pixels, sets no cookies, and contains no forms.

• Theme preference. If you switch between light and dark mode, that single choice is stored in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it. It never leaves your device and is not sent to us. Clearing your browser data removes it.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request data — IP address, user agent, page requested, timestamp — to serve the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use these logs to build a profile of you.

If you email us

The links on this site open your own email client. If you write to us, we hold your message and contact details for as long as needed to answer you and, where relevant, to manage the resulting business relationship. We do not sell that information or share it for marketing.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to object to our processing of it. Write to hello@tredy.ai and we will respond.
