Our customers are examined. When a Tredy service produces an artefact, someone signs their name to it and a regulator may read it. That shapes how we hire and how we build: small team, high context, no shipping things we would not sign ourselves.

What we look for

• Regulatory and risk specialists — people who have run the mandatory work inside a bank, an insurer or a healthcare group, and can say precisely why an output is not yet acceptable.
• Forward-deployed engineers — comfortable sitting with a risk owner, encoding a real procedure, and staying through the first live runs.
• Platform engineers — runtime, connectors and evidence, where correctness and traceability matter more than throughput.

How we work

• Written first. Decisions carry their reasoning, the same way our services do.
• Close to customers. Everyone sees real regulated work, not an abstraction of it.
• Honest output. We name what is not covered instead of writing around it — internally too.
